Maybe it all started with staining a relatively new dress with toothpaste this morning (ugh, not again!), or my lacklustre workday, but I was definitely experiencing the effects of low dopamine levels.
One of the ways I treat myself in these situations is to listen to some Damien Rice. Elephant and Rootless Tree were especially therapeutic this evening.
P.S. The title is in reference to a Stone Temple Pilots song. The video stars none other than Buffy herself.
