Today was my newly designated day of preparing dinner for the family, so in order to spice things up, I decided to supplement my simple dinner menu by making cookies using ingredients that we had lying around the house. Luckily, Martha Stewart's cookies cookbook had a recipe that satisfied everyone in my family and fully utilized those ingredients.
Behold, white chocolate chunk cookies with coconut, oats, walnuts, and dried cranberries (instead of raisins)--not as decadent as those of
Cookiefest or RaeRae's "cocaine" cookies (as Niki so addictively dubbed)--but yummy and filling nonetheless.
