No, I'm not referring to the indoor rock-climbing centre that my travelling sisters and I occasionally frequent. Today I was disappointedly left in suspense when I finished reading The Girl Who Played with Fire, the second book in Stieg Larsson's Millennium Trilogy. There had been some resolution in the first novel but not in this one!
Without giving the plot away, let's just say that someone's life is in a fragile condition, and that even though they've included the first chapter from the next book, it doesn't really help me out. It looks like it will just be a continuation of the same story, whereas The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo had a completely different mystery and conflict.
The only solution is to get my hands on the next book. So Costco, please start selling it so that I can complete the set. What shall I read in the meantime?
