The menu was cheesy and easy:
Baked brie in puff pastry with fig jam, assorted crisps
Clockwise from top: pasta al forno, mixed greens, Greek salad
For dessert, we had RaeRae's homemade white chocolate chip cookies and President's Choice red velvet cheesecake. Then we counted down to Dick Clark's Rockin New Year's Eve and shared a bottle of Pink Elephant champagne.
Goodbye, 2010! I cannot help but say that I am glad to put you behind me. I have been waiting for a fresh start in what seems like forever, and for many reasons you will remain in my memory as a year of (im)patience, learning, and transition.
