As I was washing the dishes today, my mom commented on how nosy our cat Chiara was. Then she said Chiara is like "Curia Joe". I burst out laughing and corrected her. She had meant to say "Curious George".
They say that kids say the darndest things. I would argue that my parents do. I find it hilarious that I can somehow understand their vague and/or incorrect references. Yesterday I couldn't decide what to wear and announced it to my dad, and he said to "phone those people". And I knew he meant Stacy and Clinton from TLC's What Not to Wear. But you probably wouldn't have taken the same leap in judgement as me, would you?
hahah awwww! I just bought a curious george toy, a small one with magnetic hands, he's in my car. I'll crash my car just petting him!
