XLIII: Un raggio di sole per te

Let's start this off with something funny.

How I love portmanteaux!

Today is another one of those perfect Vancouver days: sunny, warm, with a bit of a breeze. This is my favourite weather. It's why I went for my first jog of the year *pats self on the back* with no jacket required. Okay, I also felt compelled to go jogging because I was too lazy to take the bus to Downtown today for hot yoga. I will go at 6:30am tomorrow instead.

I also got to take my cat Chiara for her first walk on a leash so that she could get to know our front and back yard a bit better. She loves to eat grass so I watched her have her favourite snack for half an hour. She was so happy:)

"Un raggio di sole per te" is Italian for "a ray of sun(shine) for you". It's the title of a Jovanotti song. (Have a listen, it'll make you feel how I felt today.) I love Europop and every time I go to Italy I watch as much MTV Italia as I can. Along with sightseeing of course...

  1. I don't think I've seen a cat on a leash! Is it normal to have cats on a leash?
