CCXXXVIII: Akaoni'd

In keeping with the unintentional Japanese theme of my meals out this week, I had ramen tonight with my friends Oli and Mylo at Benkei Noodle Shop. It was the first time the two of them have eaten ramen in non-instant noodle form, and it was my third time ever going to Benkei. We all ordered the Akaoni, which I later realized was the same as "spicy miso". I was confuzzled for a good few seconds.

My lips were in a fiery state and I was left satisfied. Then we strolled out for dessert at True Confections and that is where my stomach met its match. I ordered a honey chai latte and a slice of chocolate pecan pie and this ended up being more expensive than my dinner. I don't know how I'm going to sleep tonight because I am stuffed. And since I'm three minutes from midnight, I'll just end this here.
