Yesterday was a momentous occasion, blogwise. It was entry #250! And it came by and went with no fanfare. Unless you call doughiness "fanfare".
Today I could actually wake up at 5:00am for hot yoga. I only had to overcome my lazy indecision for 2 minutes and then I was wide-eyed, awake, and not moody. On my dark and moonlit walk down my hill, I had to cross the street to avoid meeting a skunk. That's how early it was, friends.
But for the most part, I had forgotten how nice the studio is in the morning vs. after work. I have my pick of the lockers, I can use the sauna alone, I don't need to rush madly to the showers. The only things I have to deal with are hunger pangs before lunch and the sleepiness I experience after work. And I can't give in to the latter because I still have more than 700 pages of The Count of Monte Cristo to read. Slowly but surely...
PS. I had a whole small yolk-less mooncake tonight. Those things are filling! Happy Mid-Autumn Festival!
