A few months ago, Boy mentioned to me that if this one band came to Vancouver, he would have to see them live. That band's name was The Deep Dark Woods. They played the Commodore tonight with Plants and Animals. It was a long night since it opened with Rah Rah around 9:15pm followed by the two headlining bands. Here are a few pictures--by the time Plants and Animals started to play we were so tired of standing that we sat in a booth. But we were in the front row when it mattered!
