I spent my Sunday with a returnèd Boy! I was originally going to watch the Met auditions but with the weather as nice as it was, I didn't want to spend the whole day sitting in an uncomfortable chair in a dark room for six hours or so. Plus, I had missed Boy very much since his departure to Texas on Monday, and we were very low on hugs.
I rode my bike Paisley to Boy's house (it took me a good hour to decide between biking or taking the bus) and he made us my favourite oatmeal for breakfast. We spent most of the day walking around grocery shopping and then stopped by Culprit for coffee and hot chocolate. I was very sleepy for most of the day and was happy to be able to squeeze in a restful nap. But before we did, we saw a beautiful grey cat on our way home. It was friendly and had gorgeous green eyes. Boy was enamoured with it because it resembled his childhood cat named Moshi.
Lately, my desire to have a cat has reignited. If only my building allowed pets...
PS. My furniture arrives tomorrow! I can't wait!!!
