My Yummy Valentine

Numz treated me to a spectacular belated birthday gift at Swallow Tail Supper Club tonight for their "Of Love & Truffles" Valentine's Day event, held at the chef's private home. It was my first time partaking in one of these super(b) secret suppers and my high expectations were not disappointed. What a treat! Grazie mille, Numz!

Soup: cauliflower & Italian white truffle with snap peas

Tasting platter: zucchini carpaccio marinated in black truffle oil, wild mushroom paté

Salad: fennel, Ambrosia apple, black walnut & pecorino

Main: buckwheat & egg yolk pappardelle, black truffle, lemon wine crème
